Lake Kuremaa seen from the north
Lake Kuremaa (Estonian: Kuremaa järv, German: Jenselsche See) is a 397 ha (980 acres) lake in Jõgeva Parish, Jõgeva County, Estonia, located 2 km (1.2 mi) north of Palamuse.[1] It's the 11th largest lake in Estonia and the second largest in the Vooremaa region (after Saadjärv). It has an average depth of 5.9 m (19 ft), max. depth is 13.3 metres (44 ft). The lake is 83 metres (272 ft) above sea-level.[1]
