This is a list of seasons completed by the Pasig City MCW Sports franchise. The team began as a charter member of the Metropolitan Basketball Association (MBA) as the Pasig Blue Pirates in 1998 and the Pasig-Rizal Pirates in 1999 and 2000. The Pirates franchise then returned in 2018 for the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League's (MPBL) 2018–19 season.[1]
