Carlos is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Allegany County, Maryland, United States.[3] As of the 2010 census it had a population of 153.[4]
Carlos is located 3 miles (5 km) southwest of Frostburg near the western border of Allegany County, at the foot of Big Savage Mountain.
