Ciclafrine (INN) is a sympathomimetic phenethylamine and antihypotensive that was never marketed.^[1]^[2] The compound belongs to the class of hemiaminal ethers.

Synthesis

Ciclafrine can be prepared by the reaction of norfenefrine with cycloheptanone.^[3]
