Cruz Silva (born 1969 or 1970[1]) is an Indian politician and the Member of the Legislative Assembly representing the Velim Assembly constituency. He is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party. Silva was elected as an MLA in the 2022 Goa Legislative Assembly election.[2][3][4]
Silva graduated as an engineer from the Goa Engineering College, Farmagudi in 1992.[1] In September 2023 he was appointed as the National Joint secretary and National spokeperson for the Aam Aadmi Party along with Venzy Viegas
