Kawec [ˈkavɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Raciechowice, within Myślenice County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Raciechowice, 22 km (14 mi) east of Myślenice, and 32 km (20 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kraków.
