Mątwica [mɔntˈfit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowogród, within Łomża County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Nowogród, 13 km (8 mi) north-west of Łomża, and 85 km (53 mi) west of the regional capital Białystok.
