Mark Bellingham (born 7 March 1976) is an English former footballer and former Police Sergeant. Bellingham last played as a striker for Southam United,[1] and had a police career with West Midlands Police.
Early life
Bellingham is a native of Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England.[2]
College career
Bellingham attended the University of Wolverhampton.[3]
Club career
Bellingham has been regarded as a prolific non-league striker, scoring over 700 goals.[4] In 2001, he almost retired from football after suffering his second torn cruciate.[5] By the late 2010s, he retired from non-league football and started playing in veterans’ tournaments.[6]
Personal life
He is the father of footballers Jude and Jobe Bellingham.[7]
