Phobetron hipparchia, the monkey slug, is a moth of the family Limacodidae. It is found in Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, the Guianas, Brazil and Argentina.[2]
The larvae feed on Gliricidia sepium.
