Stenico Castle
Stenico (Sténech in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,119 and an area of 49.8 square kilometres (19.2 sq mi).[3]
Stenico borders the following municipalities: Pinzolo, Ragoli, Giustino, San Lorenzo in Banale, Bocenago, Dorsino, Montagne and Comano Terme.
